Meet Joe Ruggiero – Owner

Joe Ruggiero, the owner of Landwork Contractors, has been a dedicated professional in the landscaping field since 2000. His degree in Civil Engineering from Manhattan College, combined with over twenty years of hands-on experience, ensures that every project receives attention and commitment to quality.

Joe maintains a professional relationship with both his management team and field employees to create a seamless and exceptional experience for every client. His leadership and active involvement have been instrumental in establishing Landwork Contractors as a trusted name.

Outside of work, Joe loves spending time with his wife, family and friends. He finds enjoyment in nature, fishing and traveling.

Meet Steve Coleman – Project Manager

Steve Coleman has been an integral part of the Landwork Contractors team since 2014. As our Project Manager, Steve brings a wealth of experience and a passion for creating beautiful, functional outdoor spaces. He works closely with both our clients and employees, ensuring that each project runs smoothly from start to finish. His exceptional communication skills and attention to detail make him a trusted point of contact for our clients, ensuring their vision is brought to life exactly as they imagined.

When he’s not overseeing projects or collaborating with the team, Steve enjoys spending his free time outdoors, exploring nature and finding inspiration for new ideas. His love for the outdoors directly influences his work, helping him bring a fresh, nature-driven perspective to every landscaping project.

Meet Frank Cenname – Landscape Maintenance Manager

Frank Cenname is our Landscape Maintenance Manager, working closely with both clients and our team to ensure that every property is kept in great condition. With an eye for detail, Frank is available for his clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction. Outside of work, Frank enjoys playing golf and cherishing quality time with his girlfriend and family.

Meet Tyler Parker – Fleet & Equipment Manager

Tyler Parker is our Fleet and Equipment Manager, serving as the lead mechanic who ensures that our trucks and equipment are always in peak condition to deliver top-quality service to our clients. Tyler’s attention to detail and dedication keep our operations running smoothly. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and family, being on his boat, and skiing.

Meet Vicki Concilio –Office Manager

Vicki is our dedicated Office Manager and the first point of contact for new clients reaching out to Landwork Contractors. Vicki ensures everything is organized and efficient, working closely with the management team, our clients and vendors. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, and their puppies.
